Do you have a showroom where I can see the products?

We don't have a showroom. We are able to offer factory prices to our customers by eliminating the cost of a retail outlet.

Can I order a bed in extra-length?

Yes, you can. There is no additional charge for this. Please specify "extra length" in the "Notes" window when you check out, or send us an email at the same time as you place your order - customers@livingstyle.co.za .

Do you make day-beds?

We are developing day-bed products, as well as beds more suited to small children, and matching beds for pets. They will be listed on our website as soon as they are available. 

Do you make customer-specific designs?

We don't do customer-specific designs. The cost of a custom bed will be much higher than a bed from our catalogue.

What are my payment options?

All payments are processed by PayFast, which is an independant payment processing gateway (www.PayFast.co.za) . There are a variety of payment options offered by PayFast, including Visa, MasterPass, InstantEFT, and SCode.

Are the payments safe?

Payfast is a well-known and secure payment processor, and is used by thousands of on-line stores. When you process your payment, your credit card or other account details are not visible to us, but only to Payfast. Once you have completed your payment, Payfast will notify us, and we will then process your order.

Are the beds powder-coated or painted?

We use high-quality water-based paints, which are toxin-free. We include a small container of paint with each product, which can be used for touch-ups.

Can I return the products?

In South Africa, in terms of section 44 of ECTA, an online shopper "has the right to cancel an online purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods without reason or penalty. If an online shopper cancels the online purchase, the online retailer must refund the online shopper all payments provided the online shopper pays the costs for returning the goods to the online retailer and that the goods returned are properly packed in the original packaging and in good condition. Online shoppers have the right, in terms of section 56 read with section 55, to receive goods which are of good quality and are reasonably suited for the purpose for which they are intended. Should you find that your goods purchased are defective, you have the right at your discretion to request a replacement or for the goods to be repaired or for a refund to take place within six months from the date of delivery."
