Shipping policy

Every effort will be made to ship your order within 4 working days of receipt of your order. 

There is no charge for delivery within South Africa. For shipping outside South Africa, please contact us. 

We use The Courier Guy for deliveries. Orders are shipped using Economy Roadfreight. The Courier Guy delivers to every part of South Africa. Depending on where you live, your shipped order will take between 1 and 3 days to arrive, but may take up to 5 days for remote areas.

Within the greater Johannesburg area we deliver using our own vehicles. Alternatively, you have the option of collecting your order directly from the factory in Midrand.

Once your order has been collected from us by The Courier Guy, we are issued with a tracking number, which we will share with you.  

We cannot guarantee delivery on a particular day or at a particular time.

If for any reason you have a query regarding the delivery of your order, please email customers@livingstyle.co.za – please include your order number and any supporting images, if applicable.

International orders may be subject to duties, import duties and additional charges. There are payable by the receiver. Delivery dates for international orders are estimated and subject to change.
